Worst company ever! I took there real estate courses and they are not able to provide me with my certificates needed to submit to the department of real estate so that I can take my exam. I spent so much time and hours going to the class-rooms and i passed all courses including Principles, Practice and Real Estate Law/Legal Aspects and they are not providing me my certificates. Avoid at all costs and report them to the department of real estate for Fraud and Unethical practices as they did not keep records of my transcripts !!

Horrible communicaton - I have been trying to reach them for over 5 days and no return calls or emails. Voicemail is now full as well.

Go elsewhere to pass your test. They only care about profit and you succeeding is not their priority. I took my test and failed. Do your research and look for a company that will help you.

Absolutely do not recommend this place. If I could give it no stars I would. Everything in the initial stages were fine and I was able to complete the course although I paid for the extra study materials. After I finished the final exam they went completely no contact. I attempted for two weeks to gain access to my study materials and went to the location with no luck. This school has been around for quite some time but most definitely has effected how they feel the need to go about certain things. Save yourself and go to another accredited school that’s smaller and cares about the success of their students. I’m seriously considering reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.

I purchased the in-person Salesperson Crash Course several weeks ago and received multiple reminder emails about what to bring and when to arrive. After driving over an hour from San Diego, I showed up—along with several other participants—to find the doors locked and no instructor present. There were no emails, phone calls, or text updates indicating that the class had been canceled. Since then, I’ve sent several emails and called both listed numbers multiple times without any response. The complete lack of communication and accountability is extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to stay away from this company. Customer service clearly is not their specialty.
