Real Property Management Alamo - San Antonio

This is my second time renting through RPM. We had an excellent experience with them the 1st time around that we decided to come back. The team is very attentive, super helpful and I love the fast responses and communication. Shout out to my property manager, Danielle! She is the sweetest. She really helped us out this last week and I’m so thankful. HIGHLY recommend RPM Alamo for your future property management company. Shout to Morgan our maintenance guy. He’s was quick and knowledgeable. Thanks for putting up with my annoying dogs barking.

My wife and I have been working with the RPM Alamo team in San Antonio for the past 3 to 4 years, and our experience has been excellent. Tawni is always responsive and provides clear, detailed information whenever we need it, and Aldrin and the maintenance team have been great about handling any issues that come up quickly and professionally. Like with any property management company, things do come up from time to time, but RPM Alamo has always been transparent, communicative, and easy to work with. We are very happy with their service and truly appreciate how well they take care of our home in San Antonio. Would highly recommend the RPM Alamo Team 🤙🏼😁

Initially I was a little overwhelmed with the various charges, but as we have rented through them for several years I have grown to appreciate the services they provide. You will rarely get through when you call the office directly although you will get a call back or message promptly. The most impressive service they have provided so far is their maintenance. The app is extremely simple and again the response is fast. They work with your schedule and fix whatever reasonable issue you have ASAP. Their technicians are awesome, knowledgeable and treat you like real people not customers. If you're planning on renting in the San Antonio area I would recommend reaching out to them. Fair and professional.

It’s been a great experience up until the last year. I’ve shared with RPM over the last year about the fencing that needs to be replaced. My work order keeps getting canceled. I was told that the last vendor sent out would take a look but didn’t. I was also informed that the owner said he did not want to fix it. I’ve continued to watch this fence fall and stated my concerns yet I’m met with nothing.
