Russ always welcomes us with great customer service excellent availability, very friendly and considerate. I very much enjoy having him as my property manager. He is on top of all issues and very dedicated to quality. Always willing to work with tenants and goes above and beyond to make sure they have a great experience!

My husband, and myself, have been extremely pleased with this property management company. Russ (the owner) is very professional, knowledgeable, and most of all very patient. He has handled all our issues, and our needs for getting our rent house back in shape. He always is quick to respond. We also believe he will be managing it at the correct rental rate. I can highly recommend this company. And I am very happy we have found them!!!

I would like to commend Russel Gyure with Real Property Management Meridian. I am currently in an executive lease his company manages. As with all homes they come with quirks. Russell has been prompt, available, professional and like-minded when it comes to the property’s maintenance. No matter what time of day or the scenario, Russell has been there to service every need of us and this property. I am glad I am in such good hands and honestly couldn’t ask for more. So far my experience with this company has been superb! Russell has been very hospitable and attentive to my relocation/leasing needs from California to Texas! He made my transition easy and stress-free👍🏽 The most thing I was surprised with was their utilities concierge that sets up everything for you. It was like magic! Satisfied so far!!!!
