When we made an offer on our new home, there were multiple competing offers. Diamond and May immediately reached out to the sellers’ agent to understand what was most important to the sellers. They guided us on how to make our offer more competitive — not just by increasing the price, but also by suggesting a shorter option period and earlier closing date. Their expertise and communication made all the difference in getting our offer accepted.
At the same time, we were preparing to list our previous home for sale, which was a very stressful process with so many moving parts. Diamond and May helped us stay organized and kept everything on track. When we weren’t getting timely responses from GAF regarding our roof warranty claim, Diamond even took it upon herself to contact GAF directly and follow up repeatedly so we didn’t have to. Thanks to her persistence, GAF ultimately agreed to replace our entire roof, even though we weren’t yet having any issues — just some prematurely worn shingles.
May and Diamond also coordinated last-minute handyman repairs and hosted open houses every weekend until our home sold. When multiple offers came in, they personally called each buyer’s lender to verify financial qualifications and ensure a smooth closing process.
