We had a geyser when a pipe broke at 9:00 at night. We called several plumbers, but most are not available 24 hours a day. We called one that had almost all excellent ratings by a couple thousand people, but they could not come until the next afternoon. We finally found David Gutierrez, owner of Reaper Plumbing LLC. He answered the phone himself and told us that he would be at our house in 40 minutes. He got here in 25 minutes! He replaced the pipe in just a few minutes. We expected to pay through the nose, since it was after 10:00 PM, but to our [pleasant] surprise, he did not charge extra. If I could give him 6 or 7 stars, I would. I can say, from this interaction, I highly recommend David Gutierrez and Reaper Plumbing LLC. I know that we found our new plumber.

Our emergency call due to a main sewer backup could have been disastrous but David promptly and cheerfully answered the call and gave us a rapid response. He arrived before his promised time and didn't waste words getting on the issue. Asking brief and direct questions he quickly diagnosed the problem and got to work. In 25 minutes time he was packing up his tools and finished with the job. David was very friendly, kind, engaging and respectful. In full confidence we can recommend his service. Did I mention his service is also affordable? It certainly was.
