We stopped by for dessert and were not disappointed. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and recommended dishes to us according to our taste. The place is cozy and warm. They have a variety of wine to offer as well. I’d visit again and mainly because of their staff! They were very welcoming and warm. We ended up ordering the caramel flan and the lemon cake. If you like burnt caramel, you’d love the caramel flan. The lemon cake was delicious and had lemon pieces cooked to perfection. Overall the place is a nice place to chill with friends and enjoy good food.

Had a lovely dinner. The tuna was my fav dish, but overall I liked everything. Standouts besides the tuna was the pork and dessert Fernet branca tres leeches flan.

My wife and I had an incredible experience at Rebel Rebel. From the moment we walked in, the hospitality and service were top-notch; warm, attentive, and very professional. The restaurant has a fantastic vibe that makes it the perfect spot for a date night. Now, let's talk about the food. Everything we tried was tremendous! The flavors were packed, the textures were spot on, and the umami was perfectly balanced. We were especially struck by how generous the portions were. We usually share about four medium dishes when we eat out in Melbourne, but here, we happily dropped our order down to two to ensure we had room for dessert! (Thank goodness we didn't order that steak, too!) Overall, this is a must-visit in Canberra for truly tremendous food. Highly recommended!

Absolutely exceptional. Service, food, service. Food! We were there on Father’s Day. Akidi served us (I hope the spelling is correct). She was amazing and gave us truly excellent service. Our two daughters - 6 and 4 - were well cared for which meant my wife and I could enjoy the food and wine. And, oh, the food! Exceptional. Really. Probably the best beef tartare I’ve ever had. The oysters tasted of minerals, were creamy, and pleasantly salty. Brussels sprouts were good. Duck was great. The dessert - and I do not like dessert - was very good. I have noting at all to complain about. Just excellent, excellent food.

Rebel Rebel quickly became my go-to while I was in Canberra for a convention. Ended up there every night because it just ticked all the boxes. The staff were friendly and accommodating without being over the top, which made it feel easy and relaxed. The menu isn’t huge, but it’s interesting and everything I tried was tasty. A little on the pricey side, but solid quality dishes. The fried cauliflower was a standout. They’ve also got a really solid wine and whiskey list, which made it a great spot to wind down after long days. All round, a very easy place to keep coming back to. Wouldn’t hesitate to go again next time I’m in town.
