*Be very careful ordering anything online from this store.* I have to say I’ve all but given up on this place. I paid for and ordered a desk on December 7th and was initially told it would take 10 days to arrive. I waited 10 days, and then a few more for good measure, and finally followed up with them on December 20th. At that point they told me the item was delayed and it looked like it would arrive the following week (it was a Saturday). Fine, no problem. The following week comes and goes. Finally Jan 2nd rolls around and I ask them again the status of the order. No response. I have left a message on their answering machine as they have essentially never picked up the phone, as well as an additional text today and zero response whatsoever. I honestly am fine with waiting for the item. It’s the total lack of transparency about where it is or when it will arrive or if I should just buy it from someone else that’s the issue. This store has zero ability to properly communicate with their customers. Just be careful ordering anything from them online and be prepared to be almost entirely unable to reach them. Poor experience, 1/5, honestly feels like a scam.

This sofa is amazing — seriously feels like a movie theater, maybe even better. I’d totally recommend it. Perfect for the living room and super comfortable for watching TV. .Watching the soccer game with my son on this sofa was perfect — the massager took it to the next level.

One of the best furniture stores in the San Francisco Bay Area carrying all the major brands! The staff are professional, exceptional, knowledgeable and very patient and friendly. We were shopping for a new living room set and the staff helped us browse from their in store and extensive online catalogue. We ended up selecting from their online stock, delivery was fast and easy. Would definitely recommend.
