I worked with Tracey for an anniversary ring (46years!). By the time I got to Reed’s, I had been to Macy’s, Ashcroft and Oak, Zales, and one other store I can’t recall. Not one store had what I wanted at my budget, and when they found out what my budget was they weren’t interested in working with me. When I went to Reed’s, I knew pretty much what I wanted. Tracey was immediately helpful, showing and letting me try on anything I wanted at or around my budget. We had nearly chosen a gorgeous ring, when Tracey showed me a different setting and a loose diamond. Oh my goodness that was the one! I keep catching glimpses of it on my hand, and love its sparkle-love the radiant cut! I never dreamed I’d have such an exquisite ring! I like delicate jewelry, and larger stones are just too flashy. This one is perfect! I absolutely will shop at Reed’s again!

Scott Brown was my associate. He said he's only been doing this for a month, but he worked like a seasoned pro. Very helpful, tons of great advice. He treated me the same regardless if I was window shopping or spending a fortune. Mr. Brown will be my go-to person for all future purchases.

I got a Pandora bracelet for my birthday and it was too big and because my mom ordered it on Amazon the actual Pandora store said they couldn't fix it (Which was perfectly fine). I went to the Reeds store and I am so glad I did. The staff was wonderful, the vibes were incredible, and I left happy. The processes for me only took a couple days and they did a wonderful job. I highly recommend REEDS to anyone needing jewelry resized, fixed, or a new piece to add!!!!

I called before I came to the store and spoke to Avery who assured me they had what I was looking for. I drove over 100 miles to come and I don't regret a mile of it. he and Tim treated me like I was an old, regular customer and I had never been in the store before. They were patient, helping me the decision that was right for me. I can't say enough nice things about the experience, I will be coming back , it's worth the trip.
