I have been attending classes at Refine Method Pilates for a year and a half now and have nothing but praise for the place and my experience. I love how spicy the reformer circuit classes are, you are certain to break a sweat in the first three minutes!!! I have been powerlifting for about 15 years, but have never felt stronger since taking classes with Kathleen over the last couple of years. Pilates has definitely helped with my lifting, and I am often surprised by how much progress I have made with specific exercises in the classes. Kathleen is so knowledgable about the human body, and she takes the time to learn specifics about her regular clients so that she can tailor workouts for what her clients need in terms of strength and/or pain management. 100% recommend!

I have been working with Kathleen since July of 2021 and I have to say that I haven't felt this good in a long while - the sessions have brought back the joy of movement.
