After 3 years with long covid I was nervous to go back to pilates for a whole variety of reasons but then I met Kim!! She encouraged me but was always mindful of what I needed. In the time i have been back Kim has helped me regain my strength, confidence and joy of being back in pilates! I cant say enough good things about her!!

Reform Pilates is great! Kim Stuckenbrock is a wonderful teacher. I started Pilates to help recover from a surgery and couldn’t be happier with the results.

Kelsey is a tremendous instructor. She understands your goals and where you are. Will push you to get stronger. Highly recommend during one’s prenatal/postpartum journey and after wards! ❤️

I attended a private group class and Molly was the instructor. Molly was great! She talked us all through the reformer and met each one of us at our different skill levels (as some of us were new to Pilates and some of us were seasoned). Molly was energetic, easy to understand, and kept the flow of the class at a great pace. I would highly recommend Molly!
