I really enjoy Reformed Pilates Plano. I have been coming here for about a year now and it has been a great experience for me. The studio is clean, has a welcoming space and knowledgeable instructors. The classes are well-paced and effective, and I honestly look forward to each one. I always leave feeling better. The instructors here are phenomenal—they are so friendly and actually take the time to learn your name, cheering you on personally throughout the class. I love how inclusive the workouts are; the instructors always provide modifications to make exercises easier or more challenging depending on what your body needs that day. Reformed Pilates Plano has changed the game for me. As a former dancer and lifting enthusiast, Reformed Pilates combines my flexibility and self-awareness with the weight training that I crave. This is not your Pilates of the 90s. You will never be bored or daydreaming because you are constantly active and present in the movement. I am so grateful to my friend who insisted I try it with her. Even after years of weight training, my body is toned in ways it never has been before and it is a direct result of this studio and the work I’ve been excited to put in. If you’re looking for something new, don’t be afraid to try it. The coaches are supportive, warm and help you perform your best at your level. Another benefit, I suffer from chronic back pain and all the core and mobility strengthening we do has greatly decreased the level of pain I live with every day. I started going to Reformed Pilates when they first opened the Plano location. I did hurt my back halfway last year, but the instructors especially Brianna have been so accommodating and helpful in my recovery. Glad to be fully back now and rock it for this year.

I started going to Reformed Pilates when they opened their Plano studio. I was brand new to Pilates and really wanted to try it. My first class was a great experience - from the beautiful studio, to the great instructors who explained everything so clearly, to the actual reformer - everything was top notch. The instructors are very well trained and explain moves so well that it makes the workout seem easy. They give challenge instructions for more advanced clients and modifications if you’re a newbie so you get a completely tailored workout each time no matter your level. They also have a great app to make reservations easy. I love going there and I highly recommend!!!!
