I had never tried Pilates before and was a little nervous that it wouldn’t be a good workout. After my session with Tonia I can tell you it is definitely a good workout out and you will feel it! Not only is she a good trainer but she has a great vibe. I’m hooked!
Tonia is an excellent instructor. She is patient, encouraging, and able to take away the intimidation often felt with Pilates. I really enjoyed her class, where I learned the fundamentals while getting an amazing workout. She guided me in stretching areas I didn’t even realize I had been neglecting during my runs. My plan is to continue training with her to get stronger, more toned, and to apply what I learn about my body to improve my running. The studio is calming, and the ambience makes it easy to focus on body and mind, while working out.
Tonia is the Pilates queen! She is a fantastic instructor who really understands how to help you get the most out of your workout and see fast results. I have been taking classes from her for awhile and recently had the pleasure of visiting her beautiful studio for some one-on-one coaching. The space is serene and private and her custom reformer allows you to really level up or perfect your Pilates practice. You will leave feeling refreshed and sore in the best possible way. Tonia is great at creating bespoke workouts for all levels and and bodies. Book with her - you will be so glad you did!
Tonia is absolutely wonderful!! I’ve never had a private Pilates session, but wow is it such a game changer. We’re working on my posture and I always leave her studio feeling activated, strong and in alignment! Tonia’s classes are not only challenging, but they’re fun, informative and HEALING too. We always are having a great time laughing through the pain whether that be physical or spiritual ✨ So appreciative of Tonia’s work and I highly recommend her to anyone who’s looking for individualized & attentive guidance 🤍
I first met Tonia in 2019 at a Pilates class hosted through my job. I took her up on a courtesy training session then went on to train with her for my wedding that same year. She helped me with strength & core training. She worked with me side by side, taught me to use my core & proper form. Thanks to her incredible knowledge & motivation, I was able to fit into my dream wedding dress along with a bling accessory belt. I have continued to train with Tonia over the years. We have SO much fun together in what I refer to as “torture sessions”. I love her energy & ditsy laugh. We complement each other with my feistiness & sassy humor. She even plays gangsta rap to add to the vibe. People have seen the difference in my form. I still have a long way to reach my goals. I am ever so grateful for Tonia. Not only is she an amazing trainer but I have also gained a friend. You need to try one of her sessions & will not regret it! Tell her Esther sent you 😊
