Amazing place to get your jewelry new , repaired or even create your own. Dan runs a business that he's nailed the one thing lost in most businesses and that is personal care for the customer. He listens and guides you towards what is good for you and not a commission to the sales person. I did not feel pressured to buy something out of my price goal. He listened to me and really seemed to care. I needed some custom work done and had to have it in the next 5 days....he understood how important it was to me and got it done in 2 days. It took two days because he had to order the band in. I can not say enough about this company and Dan himself. I highly recommend Regard jewelry to anyone that is in the market for his services. He even told me if ge was running short on time he would stay all night to get it done so I could help my daughter with one of the most special days of her life. They make you feel like family not a customer. GREAT JOB REGARD JEWELRY!!!

I brought in a size 12 gold band from 1919 — a family heirloom with an engraving on the inside. John was able to size it down to 6¾ while preserving the integrity of the engraving, even with a significant amount of the band removed. He polished it beautifully, and had it ready within a day. The whole job was about $75. I also brought in a Tissot watch, and another staff member removed a few links for me on the spot, free of charge. Excellent service and outstanding craftsmanship. They also have a cute little pup that greets you when you walk in!

I came in to have my grandmothers ring sized and dropped it off a week before I needed my ring ready for my upcoming elopement. I was told it would could take up to 2 weeks, but probably only 1. When I mentioned I was leaving in 1 week to elope, I was assured they would complete the job before I needed it. I received a message the next day saying it was ready for pick up. From the time I walked in I had a 10/10 experience. The customer service, quick turn around time, and quality of work were so impressive. I will recommend this jewelry store to everyone. Excellent experience! I dropped off 2 watches to be repaired. I got my quote on the following Wednesday. The repairman said that he only needed to de-magnetize my automatic watch, which he did for free, and then gave me a couple of options for various batteries for the quartz watch. Very reasonable prices and their honesty saved me money! Would highly recommend.
