I went in to get help with a Yakima roof rack that I had purchased with a car that had no keys. The staff and manager were very helpful in figuring out which key code I needed. I will definitely be back for any future Yakima products I may need.
I haven't shop at REI for a long time but whenever you are looking for some outdoorsy gift, no better place!! 💥
REI at CalExpo is a great store with just about everything you’d need for outdoor activities. The store is well-stocked and organized, and the cashiers are always friendly. Most of the customer service staff are nice and helpful too. The only issue I’ve had is in the shoe department. A few of the employees there don’t seem very attentive and I’ve had trouble getting help when I needed it. Other than that, it’s a solid place to shop. There’s plenty of parking and it’s super convenient being right next to Costco.
Went to pick up some compression socks. They had good selection including some on sale. The store was clean, stocked, employees were friendly and knowledgeable.
