Club Skin Gym delivers state of art science for skin repair and when I walk out, I look and feel more youthful. Each visit is a continuation of improvements literally allowing my menopausal skin to continue the benefits of much younger behaving cells. The staff is incredibly accommodating, efficient, and the spa atmosphere is most relaxing.

Today I went to get a facial and had a very bad experience. When I walked in a woman named Kristen was working the front desk but she completely ignored me till I said something. Mind you no one was in the waiting room with me she was on the phone but it sounded more like a personal conversation and understand I’m very understanding but from what I could here it sounded like a personal plan for creating plans to go visit her daughter at college for her birthday? Your at work you could so that any time. Then when I finally got her attention she asked why I was here? Which didn’t make sense because clearly I’m here for an appointment? The facial itself was amazing but the front desk lady Kristen honestly just killed the experience for me. As I was leaving I was asking about the products they have for sale in the front and she was just brushing me off like I couldn’t afford the products? Everything I asked her about she replied with it’s great but really expensive. I don’t think I’ll be going back ever again although I loved the treatment and the woman who did my failal was so sweet I cannot deal with disrespect and prejudice. If you plan on going here and your on the darker side I would suggest to book else where. I was treated like a second hand citizen by the front desk lady Kristen and I just can’t shake it off. Horrible experience.

I love the friendly staff and how informative they are with all their services. The choose 3 is my go to , I switch it up based on my current skin concerns, they are great at recommending great products that are high quality ingredients medical grade. The sessions are very relaxing especially if you include a collagen mask at the end. 🫶

Bailey is always amazing! Her positivity and professionalism truly stand out every visit. The entire staff is just as wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and consistently go above and beyond. I'm always greeted with a smile, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Exceptional service every time!
