I called Reliable Heating and Air ,yesterday, regarding my heating system, and they quickly scheduled a service appointment for me today. One of my upstairs rooms was experiencing insufficient airflow causing minimal heat distribution. My service technicians were Jonathan and Tony. They were punctual, pleasant and very professional. They did a thorough inspection in all areas that could've contributed to the problem; identified the area of concern and resolved the issue, restoring the heat flow in that room. They shared knowledge about filter maintenance, showed respect for my home by utilizing protective gear to preserve the property's cleanliness and finished the job quickly and efficiently Jonathan and Tony were phenomenal! I would definitely recommend them as service technicians, and would recommend Reliable Heating and Air for your HVAC service needs. I was pleased with the process from beginning to end. I had the pleasure of the help of Corey, Seth, Shaw and their associates. The entire group of gentlemen that worked to help us through the loss of our heating and water systems were outstanding. They were polite, professional and knowledgeable. It was a tough installation but I saw nothing but smiles all day long. Every question I had along the way was met with honesty and integrity. You don’t get this level of service these days and I really appreciate the effort these men put forth. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for HVAC or plumbing work. I've been in the commercial HVAC arena for 40+ years so I'm not an easy customer for most contractors. Reliable did an outstanding job from start to finish. Joseph, my sales rep, was prompt, knowledgeable, and easy to do business with. Mike, my installer, and his crew were as efficient as I've seen. Their workmanship was great, and they were in and out in one day. And unlike many contractors, it was no problem having them in the house. And ... they were also price competitive. I don't think we could have had a better experience.

I had what I thought was a triple threat of a problem at my condo, but Rodney Elrod set me straight! One was a super easy fix that I had not understood what was wrong, the other two issues (water heater maintenance and disposal removal and installation) he also got me squared away with in short order! He was polite, professional, and got the work done efficiently and adroitly. You’re the man Rodney, thanks so much!

I recently had a water purification system installed by Brian Garner from Reliable Heating and Air, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Brian was prompt, professional, and ensured everything was installed to the highest standard with zero issues. What stood out most was how clearly he explained the technical details and operations of the system in terms I could easily understand.
