Evan and team were great! I had a water leak from an unknown location, they ran tests to pinpoint the origin of the leak in order to minimize damage. They were able to locate the problem and fix the leak in a tight timeframe. Good communication and arrived on schedule. Much appreciated!

Evan and Juan are a pleasure to work with—easygoing, professional, and friendly. Evan is knowledgeable and communicative, and they make a great team. I love the vibe they bring; you can tell how close they are and how much they care about helping. Such great neighbors, and I’d recommend them to anyone in the Zilker neighborhood!

I had a lot of water discharge from my water heater exterior drain pipe the night before the big freezes hit Austin toward the end of January. Turns out the T&P discharge line had been cut leaving a 4 inch gap. I rent so I wasn't aware it was a problem until the water discharge began. Having pipes burst in 2021, I was concerned it could happen again, but Tim assured me I'd be ok. Evan came and fixed the issue within minutes. I'd give him 10 stars if I could! He was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Great guys, great service and a very reasonable bill. I highly recommend them if you value honesty and fair rates. Thank you, Magic Plumbing!
