This is such a great and needed space in the community. They have kids classes, games, and make it really fun to participate in general. They also offer day camps, summer camps , and bday parties!

I purchased a 10 punch pass online to bring my daughter and her friends to climb. I called a few weeks ahead and verified that I could use the pass for different kids at the same time and the person I spoke to said that was fine. I called a few days before we planned to go and asked a question about the online pass and again said i was planning to bring my daughter and her friends to climb. The person I spoke to told me which one to purchase. When we arrived to climb the guy at check in said I had to book a party package instead of using a pass. I explained that I called twice and was not told that, but he said that I would still have to purchase it. So I eneded up having to pay over twice what I originally was told. I feel like this is bad customer service. Yes the other employees told me wrong on the phone, but that's not my fault. Good customer service would have been to honor what the other employees told me. We will not be back!

First time here and it's a beautiful space! The staff were knowledgeable and really friendly! A great experience for a first timer!

Rendezvous is truly an extraordinary place. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcome. Both the owner and the entire staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure everything was perfect. The attention to detail and the atmosphere make the experience unique. I definitely recommend this place 100% — it’s absolutely worth visiting. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I can't overstate how happy I am to have a gym that's closer to the Grandview/Belton area. Definitely on the smaller side but there's decent variety. There's also lots of hangout areas for winding down. As of writing (2024 June), there's a decent skill gap between their V1-V2 and V3-V4 problems but that honestly might just be a personal skill issue lol
