It was my first time in the studio and the instructor was really helpful in breaking down the flow of the class ahead of time and during the workout. Everything was challenging but the variety of weights available to you makes it doable for all levels. Super good energy, music, and everyone is just there to work hard and get it done. Would recommend to anyone looking for a solid strength workout.
Had a wonderful experience with London! She made the class super easy to understand and offered great modifications for me! Casey was also so great and helpful with getting me signed up for a membership. Absolutely loving my time at Renegade and can’t wait to keep going back!
Was a lil hesitant on joining this gym because I was use to traditional weight training and not much of a mix with cardio. But I love the classes, the mix of cardio and weights and overall pump. I always leave feeling GREAT. And that calorie burn 🔥 Renegade Team is friendly, professional and love this gym, how easy it is to get to and out of there. No BS. Renegade is by far one of the best workout environments I’ve ever been a part of. The workouts are challenging in the best way, and the trainers are incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. What makes it special is the community—everyone pushes each other to grow. With classes available throughout the day, there’s always an opportunity to get in a great workout. It’s motivating, uplifting, and always a good time!
Took Michael’s upper body class at Renegade and it was awesome! The workout was both fun and challenging, with great energy from start to finish. Michael kept the class engaging and pushed us in the best way. Definitely recommend checking out Renegade if you’re looking for a motivating and effective workout!
