I highly recommend Renegade Roots Thai Boxing Gym! The gym owner and coaches are knowledgeable and passionate — they meet you exactly where you are and follow up with your progress. The gym vibe is welcoming and motivating without egos. Muay Thai is a terrific workout and training experience for all ages. The training helps you feel stronger, more confident, and not just sweating through a workout. If you’ve been thinking about trying Muay Thai, this is a great place to start.

Have wanted to get into boxing or Muay Thai for awhile and Renegade Roots was the perfect place to start! The staff are all extremely kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. Members from amateurs like me to the more experienced are all very welcoming and happy to train with you as well as give out pointers and help however they can. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun and welcoming environment for anyone who wants to train.

A year ago, I moved to Atlanta after living in Southern California, and I was searching for a Muay Thai or boxing gym. For a long time, I couldn’t find anything that truly excited me—until now. As a woman who worked for years in the combat sports industry, it's incredibly important to me to support other women in spaces that are still largely male-dominated. Cat, the owner, has a deep passion for Muay Thai and, more importantly, for building a strong, inclusive community. The coaches genuinely care about your growth and overall experience.

I am a beginner to boxing and the best part about this gym is that it isn’t intimidating. The big boxing dudes are so welcoming and willing to help newbies learn the sport. The HIIT and strength classes are top notch, like 1:1 personal training in a class environment. This gym is the place to go for both fitness classes and Thai boxing! I love that they have kids classes, too.

Katherine , Steven and Marshall have been great Krus(instructors)! I was very intimidated at first but they made it very comfortable and a great learning experience. Prices are great and they have some cool designs. These classes are making me more extroverted and I am making new friends daily.
