Train with Adam!! He has a lot of advanced experience but coaches in a way that’s very beginner friendly. He balances pushing you with making sure you are safe and listening to your body. He also keeps it light hearted and his coaching metaphors might make you laugh! Brittany (sp.) at the front desk was also very kind and welcome!

I've been going to Vesta for over 5 years now and the love that I have for this business has only gotten stronger (and so have I!). I was a first timer with fitness when I took my first class at Vesta, and the experience was so positive that I became a member and fell in love with fitness. The trainers & desk staff are so wonderful that you'll end up wanting to become friends with them, the bathroom is always clean, and the members are just as nice. I've made some seriously good friends at Vesta & have never felt judged by anyone. This is a great gym for people of all levels and I hope that Vesta can continue to grow & flourish in their new location.

I love Vesta. Historically I only popped in once in a while for kickboxing, which is a reliably phenomenal workout (plus I’ve seen my technique and form improve) with a playlist that keeps me in flow. Shout out to Missy, love love her classes and her energy! But I finally gave HIIT a chance and love it just as much. The format is great, with circuits you spend just enough time in to be effective without getting bored. The workouts themselves also change all the time and feel challenging without feeling like I’m at any risk of injuring myself. Regardless, all of the instructors are super available to provide form corrections or modifications. Big shoutout to Steph, who is a certified prenatal trainer which has been a godsend to me throughout my pregnancy. I feel so lucky to have her direction and feel genuinely safe working out, which my body craves during pregnancy. Matt is also an incredibly attentive instructor. You really can’t go wrong with any of the instructors here. Lastly the folks at the desks are so helpful, warm, and welcoming. They make an effort to learn your name which just adds to experience that you’re part of the community. As someone else pointed out there’s no corporate BS here, just good vibes, and the rates are so so reasonable for the quality of the classes, the variety, and the accessibility with parking and being off the beltline. I’ve tried so many gyms in Atlanta and nothing touches the experience at Vesta 🫶
