All of the staff are very nice and helpful. I was a patient of Dr Guy Delia. He did a great job of assessing my status and developing a therapy plan that started moving me in a positive direction. He checked in at each visit on how easy or difficult each exercise was and adjusted accordingly. While I don’t ever want to be required to do PT again, I know I’d call them first if I had to.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about Physical Therapy Renew! I worked primarily with Nicole, but also had fantastic experiences with Sarah and Linsey. Every single therapist there is personable, knowledgeable, and truly invested in your progress. From day one, I felt supported, heard, and encouraged. Their communication is amazing — you can text the scheduler for quick updates and email your therapists directly with questions, which makes the whole process incredibly convenient. And their home exercise programs are the best I’ve ever received. They’re clear, personalized, and genuinely effective. I came in with stubborn knee and hip pain, and after just three months of consistent care, I’m completely healed. I’ve even completed two half marathons without a hint of pain! I truly never thought I’d get back to running at this level, and it’s all thanks to this incredible team. A special shoutout to Nicole — she is truly exceptional. Not only is she a skilled and intuitive therapist, but she goes above and beyond to support your whole wellness journey. She’s connected me with so many resources, from nutrition guidance to local running clubs, and it’s clear she genuinely wants the absolute best for you. I cannot recommend Renew PT highly enough! The office staff was very responsive to my questions via text, which made making appointments efficient. A couple of old running injuries remained painful and prevented me from training fully for my first marathon in SF. Nicole immediately gave me an evaluation and PT exercises to increase mobility and strength in my ankles and knees to alleviate the pain. I was also able to get a gait analysis to identify and be able to treat running imbalances that likely started from the injuries. As a result, I was able to complete the SF marathon and make my time goal!
Nicole is the GOAT. After the SF Marathon, my IT band was messed up - went through a whole cycle of PT elsewhere and still couldn't run properly. Any runner knows how painful it is not to be able to run, both physically and mentally. Came to Renew under Nicole's care, and she got me back to running at a respectable weekly mileage. She taught me enough that I feel empowered to deal with any flare-ups I might have. On top of providing the proper treatment, Nicole is also a lot of fun to talk to. I recommend any runner with an injury to her.
Incredible experience here. I can tell the physical therapists really care about you and want you to get better. Worked mostly with Jose who was an absolute legend. I loved working with him over the course of two months. Very patient, supportive, great explanations and good conversation. + Sophia and Nadia at the front desk are lovely! First class. Great with organizing and finding time for appointments and walking me through billing. Wonderful experience interacting with them.
