Planning process was smooth, David is the man when you walk in the door. He knows what you want and his experience shows. They were a great contributor for ideas during wedding walkthrough based on knowing our plan and venue. Day of everything was delivered and in place. There was a minor hiccup of some items not being dropped and it was fixed in less than an hour when our coordinator got them on the phone.
