I’ll start this review by saying it took me 40 minutes to get to the Grooming Tub; I would drive an hour to have my Cavalier Georgie groomed by Austin. She is an artist, and a stickler for details as was evident when I picked my boy up. She scissor cut him with such clean lines, he looks like a champion. He was not stressed in the least, which I would have thought he might be a little un easy-he was not. If you are looking for THAT groomer, look no more.

Austin is so kind and lovely! My 12 year old Aussie is not easy to bathe or trim, but she goes along willingly with Austin, and always comes home looking and smelling so much fresher than she had with any previous groomer we’ve been to. A true gem!

I absolutely loved my dogs haircut; it is honestly the best cut he’s ever gotten. Which says a lot considering he’s been getting groomed since he was a puppy and he is now almost 7! Austin was very communicative and was able to fit me in the day after I called to setup an appointment. I would’ve had to wait at least a week for other grooming facilities to have any availability. Thank you Austin for taking such great care of my pup, we will definitely be coming back when we are in town again!

My frenchie Chrome looooooves coming here, he never wants to leave! Austin is very attentive, gentle and particular with her work so your dog is guaranteed to leave in the best shape! She always ensures he is having fun while he is in her care and she takes pictures and always gives him an accessory! We love it here!
