I contacted this company for a quote on general pest control and a termite inspection. The lady I spoke with said there will be someone call me back soon, but after two days I still haven’t heard anything. Providing a quote shouldn’t take this long, and the lack of follow‑through has really affected my confidence in their service. If communication is this poor at the enquiry stage, I can’t imagine what the actual job would be like. I won’t be considering this company

Technician never turned up at the scheduled time and no one called to advise. I had to call multiple times to be told that they are trying to track down the technician before finally being told there was a ‘scheduling mix up’.

We have recommended Rentokil before and certainly will again. As added bonus Dave is a dog person, makes things easier if you have dogs - the dogs liked him too - so that's the best recommendation possible
