Rentwise has managed my rental property for the past 3 years, and experience has been completely seamless. For a flat fee, they took care everything from finding high-quality tenants to handling repairs, and lease renewals. Brandon, Casey an team are professional , responsive, and detail oriented. Rent always came in on time, their owner portal is excellent, all the information at your finger tips. My husband and I are relocating to another country and we are seeking a Property Management service that we can trust and rely on. Our initial interaction with Brandon, the founder of RentWise, was seamless. Brandon visited our home, and based on his demeanor, interest, sincerity, advice, and interaction with both my husband and me, it was evident that the company he represents would be an ideal fit for us. RentWise undertook some minor improvements to our home, and within a month, the property was rented out. Also, Brandon demonstrates exceptional service by forwarding our mail from the USA to Canada, even after we relocated three months ago. Started my apartment search yesterday.and found one I liked. Worked with Casey and her husband Brandon for my private showing, credit application and wahhhh lahhh!! In less than 24 hours I am a happy and proud tenant thanks to these two at Present Financial Company. -1 year later My first and so far favorite apartment and thanks to Brandon and Casey at Present Financial Property Management it was a smooth transition. They have been attentive on the few items I needed to get done in the apartment, always followed up with email and texts and thanks to their flexibility, my move out happened with no hiccups in the middle of this COVID-19 pandemic. It was wonderful working with them to find my favorite home and hope we cross paths in my future apartment hunting!
