The agents are “remote”, made me visit one property twice because the locks weren’t working, made me wait outside the home until they received my email/took their own time replying to text messages to open the garage. When we filled out the application there were no updates from their end, no sense of communication with the customer. Bottom line: a complete waste of time. They think it makes it efficient for them to have “remote agents”. I am yet to see a home where an agent wasn’t present to answer questions and show the house. A stupid decision to work through this company to find a suitable home.
