Had a really bad experience with one of their listing agents. Expressed interest in a property and asked two simple questions: How do you go about selecting an applicant? Can I tour the property? I promptly received instructions on how to tour the property and scheduled it for 5 pm the next day. 4:45pm the next day we get in the car to go see the property, fired of a quick text that I'm on my way and get a message saying "no" followed by "already leased". I had very specifically asked what the process is for selecting an applicant and apparently it's "any damn one that applies regardless of commitments I've made and questions I've ignored". Naeem the listing agent was apparently perfectly fine with me wasting an hour of my time in rush our traffic to arrive at a property that's already leased. INSANELY unprofessional and extremely inconsiderate of other people's time. I specifically asked what the application process is because I know the market here is insanely competitive, but given I had a showing scheduled I figured I stood a chance. The move-in process has been really smooth so far! Naeem has been responsive and helpful, and everything was clearly communicated. I appreciate how easy it was to get in touch and finalize the paperwork. Excited to get settled in!

SF property management was very easy to work with and had timely responses whenever we had questions. The whole process to apply and move in was quick and seamless. Also, nice to have an online portal to access everything we need as renters!
