Absolutely amazing experience. I came in to fix my iPhone 14 Plus screen and was blown away by the service. The guy working there is one of the most honest, genuine people I’ve ever dealt with. He fixed my phone within an hour and at a very fair price. You can tell his reputation means more to him than just making money. He explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, and made my phone look brand new again. I truly couldn’t recommend this place enough for anyone needing a broken phone repaired. Top-tier service from start to finish.
Yarid is fantastic, he fixed my phone, was honest on price and then honored the warranty. He is very friendly and helpful and fast he even loaned me a temporary phone while he worked on mine. Highly recommend!
They did a wonderful job repairing my partner’s phone screen, we only needed the screen fixed so we could unlock it and transfer data to his new phone. While he did offer, the employee didn’t argue about repairing the back as well like the other kiosk at the mall (that would not fix the screen without repairing the backbone phone). It was completely affordable and we were able to transfer everything over to the new phone no problem!
Excellent Technician! iPhone 15 pro Max battery wasn’t holding charge very well, These guys had the correct 4,422 mAh batteries in stock, decided to replace my whole cracked screen and new privacy screen protector. 30min install and great price for service and products.. Can’t say enough about the great experience
I’ve included photos. I use my iPhone 12 for text-to-speech (speech impairment), medical ID, and emergencies. On March 4, 2025 at 4:04 PM, I paid the 1st man at Repair Zone (Southpoint Mall) to replace the screen and battery. He told me the non-OEM parts were “exactly the same quality” as Apple’s, and even said "See? The screen is exactly the same [as Apple OEM replacement screen]. No difference." Unfortunately, I believed and trusted him. After the repair, the phone began overheating dangerously. The screen sat uneven, a screw at the charging port stuck out sharply, there were dead pixels, pressure marks, and the phone became less usable. Due to illness and a broken handicap van, I couldn’t return until June 13 (past the 30-day warranty). The 2nd man (possibly a manager) was there. At first, he only offered to replace the screen. I explained I had paid for both screen and battery repair and that I wanted to leave a positive review - this was his opportunity to make it right. He agreed to redo both. After his repair, I used the phone at home and found new issues: the screen still didn’t sit flush (see photo with my black iPhone 12), and the frame was now scratched - damage the 1st man hadn’t caused. I always use a durable ESR case and had no paint loss before this. This 2nd tech told me $90 was “cheap” and that any “reasonable person” should know non-OEM parts aren’t equivalent in quality - completely contradicting what I’d been told by the first tech (which was a lie). Then he offered to install a broken OEM screen so I could go to Apple and pay $300–$400 for repair. I was shocked and confused. I told him I came here because I can’t afford Apple - I’m disabled and on a fixed income. He didn’t seem to care. The business card he gave me advertises “OEM repair parts,” which I find misleading. I just wanted an honest, safe repair. I expected to be able to trust a tech’s word, but neither man at this business proved trustworthy. This reasonable person won’t make the mistake of trusting this company again. Lesson: Non-OEM ≠ OEM. I hope others - especially seniors and people with disabilities or fixed incomes - see this review and know what to expect. UPDATE: After the owner’s response, I returned for the $90 refund. The 1st man was there. Unfortunately, the refund came with strings attached - he pressured me repeatedly to delete my review. I explained I would update it with facts, but I would not hide the truth. Rather than speaking directly to me, he primarily addressed my caregiver, even after it was explained multiple times that I was the one communicating. She was simply reading aloud what I typed due to the background noise and limitations of my speech device. I maintained eye contact, clearly followed the conversation, and yet he acted as though I wasn’t present. It felt like he saw her as reasonable and me as invisible - something that happens too often when people don’t understand or respect the person behind the disability. He emphasized that issuing a refund was a financial loss for him, that he had kids to feed, and said my review was damaging to his business. I calmly explained that I live on $11,000 per year - a fixed income - and wish I could work to support myself. I told him, “It’s unfortunate for both of us that I was lied to.” At one point, he questioned whether my van had really broken down. That comment felt dismissive and unnecessary. The original phone repair wasn’t done correctly either way, and I had no intention of misleading anyone. He described the problem as “a little mistake” that didn’t warrant a one-star review. But to me, it’s not a small mistake when any customer is misled, given an improper repair, and then pressured to erase their honest experience in exchange for a refund. While I did receive the refund - which I believe was the bare minimum - I will not return. The way I was treated during this final visit only reaffirmed my experience: this business does not respect disabled or low-income customers, and their approach to customer service is manipulative and disappointing.
