We are so happy to have found The Computer Cellar! They have top notch computer expertise and customer service and they are also efficient and trustworthy. Computer gremlins are always stressful, but Gabriel and Chloe listened, diagnosed and put our mind at ease. We expected that our repair would take several days, but as promised, our computer was back in our hands by the end of the day. We also asked for help in deciding on another computer to meet our specific needs – and Gabriel confidently made a recommendation and that saved us hours of investigating on own. He even researched local availability. We could not be happier with the choice and we are very grateful for Gabriel’s expertise in transferring the files and data to our new computer.

Was recommended this team by a trusted friend, and they did not disappoint! Friendly service, quick turnaround time, and very reasonable price. They even let me take my laptop home and bring it back when the needed part came in so I could keep working. A few months later, the laptop is still holding up well with no problems! Would absolutely go back & recommend them to others.

I had to get things off my old Macbook and onto a flashdrive while it will still power up. Computer Cellars crew was able to easily get that done overnight. Along the way, they were also kind and patient with my questions and provided lots of extra information beyond the specific service I needed this week. And they recycled some old connection cords for me, which was an added bonus. I will return as needed and highly recommend this place. So nice to have it local in Durham!

It was a happy day for me when I discovered the Computer Cellar. Having someone knowledgeable and capable in the neighborhood to help me troubleshoot and fix my MacBook Air has been such a big help. When I needed to transition to a new computer there were a big help with that too. It's great just to be able to walk in without an appointment. They are very competent, no nonsense, friendly, and reasonably priced. What could be better?

Staff is knowledgable and consistently helpful. Services are cheap and effective. And, as a bonus, staff is very kind. They have sorted out my issues with a niche and frankly poorly made brand of laptop three times and provided recommendations even outside the initial scope of the issue (In particular, they provided advice on where to get a better laptop when asked). I trust that they can very likely fix whatever your device’s issue is.
