Went in for a screen repair came out with a phone that doesn’t work in Melbourne or Brisbane now. Screen freezes or doesn’t turn on when I’m in either of these places also my phone doesn’t recognise my SIM card every now and then so I get stranded with no data. But other than that it was alright. And there are some purple lines on my screen

Terrible experience, iphone screen replacement work broke my apple Face ID, Apple Store provided me with a report and this store owner still deny responsibility! I am on consumer claim now! Don’t come to them, I would give Zero star I can.
