Restore South Lamar is seriously the best! The team is so friendly and welcoming—it feels like they really care about you and your wellness goals. The IV drip room is super relaxing with cozy chairs and a peaceful vibe. I did the Wonder Juice IV and felt amazing afterward—more energy and mental clarity for days. I've also tried a few other services like cryo and compression, and everything has been top-notch. The space is clean, chill, and never stressful. Definitely my go-to spot for recharging. Highly recommend!

Update: Manager called and apologized which was greatly appreciated, I’m sure their cleanliness will be amazing moving forward! -- I’ve visited this location only a few times and I came back here specifically because the two ladies working during my last visit were friendly and helpful! But this time was disappointing. You already have to call ahead just to let them know you want to use the shower, so you’d expect it to be clean. Instead, the sauna smelled bad, and the shower was still wet with hairs on the floor. It didn’t seem like it had been cleaned properly at all, and I was so grossed out I didn’t even shower there. I let the front desk know—one lady did apologize, but the guy behind the computer just laughed, which honestly made it feel worse.

I recently visited Restore Hyper Wellness on South Lamar in Austin, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their exceptional team and state-of-the-art technologies. From the moment I walked in, the staff’s enthusiasm for wellness and their eagerness to educate clients were evident. They took the time to explain each service and its benefits, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed throughout my visit. The range of cutting-edge services offered is truly remarkable. I experienced their Whole Body Cryotherapy, which involved submerging my entire body in sub-zero temperatures for up to 3 minutes. This therapy is known to boost mood, energy, and sleep, relieve pain and swelling, and promote healing and athletic recovery. Additionally, I tried their Red Light Therapy, which uses low levels of red or near-infrared light to optimize sleep, relieve pain and inflammation, and improve mood and energy. Both treatments left me feeling rejuvenated and energized. I just came in to the best most amazing place. You can do so much for the wellness of your life. The staff of absolutely incredible and I can not wait to come back. The place is amazingly future tech cool and fun. Jump into the cryo therapy and feel invigorated in less than 5 minutes. Love this place and you have to try it out
