Went there for a deep tissue massage to address a lingering neck issue, and ended up getting the best massage of my life!!! Thip was my massage therapist, and she was incredible. She paid special attention to the areas that were bothering me, and I left feeling amazing. Such a great experience! Wish I was local so I could go to Thip on a regular basis. Highly recommend her!

We visited the Spa at JW Marriott for a mother-daughter weekend and it was perfection. Toni and Arielle at the front desk were so welcoming and made our visit feel extra special from the start. ​A huge shout-out to my therapist, Rueben—his technique was truly phenomenal. It was one of the best treatments I’ve ever had! If you’re looking for a luxury escape in Austin, this is it. We’ll definitely be back!

I have not had a massage in years. Arielle and Toni at the desk made the experience approachable and explained all of their amazing offerings in detail. The amenities at the spa are top notch! The wall/ceiling shower in the locker room was amazing. Then came the divine massage by Thip. The deep tissue massage was so relaxing I never wanted to leave. I will definitely be back as this is the best spa in Austin!

Exceptional, top-notch spa massage experience. The setting is perfect, calming, relaxing and everything a busy professional in Austin, Texas wants from a spa. I have been getting massage and bodywork all of my life and Sara is by far one of the best. She is not simply giving you a massage but tuning into what your body needs to feel good, relaxed and at ease. The aromatherapies I chose from were deeply nourishing and of the best quality. Sara also gave me some tips I asked for as someone with multiple injuries and her suggestions were very thoughtful and shows a deep knowledge of her craft and practice. There is also nothing more nourishing than sitting in the lounge with hot tea after the deep massage coma I was in. Austin continues to grow but the heart of Austin is in the hands of its healers and massage therapists. I am grateful that the JW Marriott Spa in the heart of downtown Austin provides the respite, healing and care that we old Austinites are used to: and new Austinites and visitors should know that healing and music are big reasons why it is so special to live and work in this town. They also provide free parking for spa and hotel guests. This is a huge plus.

Thoroughly enjoyed my deep tissue massage with Thip she did a very thorough job on areas that needed some TLC. I only wish I had arrived 20/30 min prior to my massage to enjoy the amenities. I was actually running a few minutes late due to an issue with one of the bikes in the fitness room so my massage started at 12:11 and ended at 12:52, I feel like every minute of a massage counts so I was disappointed to lose precious minutes. However the 41 minutes I had were wonderful.
