I had 3 offers above asking in the first 24 hours of going live! She skillfully navigated negotiations with the sellers agent and got us successfully to closing in a very short window. Chris Dew is an amazing realtor!! He is so knowledgeable about homes in Baltimore, keeps it real, and has a great sense of humor. He even connected us to a wonderful contractor to fix an issue with the roof, which he advocated the sellers cover through a credit at closing. I also appreciated that he didn’t disparagingly speak about marginalized communities in the city, which was refreshing. I could go on and on, but to summarize, City Chic sure knows how to hire the raddest people!

Nick Pedrick was a FANTASTIC help for us. He walked us through everything, was a joy to see properties with, and pointed out perks and drawbacks to homes that we would never have noticed without him. We had an amazing experience with City Chic. We mostly worked with Nick Pedrick. Nick was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He had lots of great recommendations for lenders, inspectors etc. Everyone he put us in touch with was a pleasure to work with. It was our first time buying a house and without Nick's advice we would have had much more stressful experience. After looking at about 20 different houses, we found our dream home and closed on it in less than 30 days allowing us to secure extra closing incentives. Without Nick I doubt this would have been possible. I couldn't recommend working with him enough!
