Ashley Aitken was amazing! I was selling my first home and she walked me through every step of the process and came up with an excellent plan for my home. I had 3 offers above asking in the first 24 hours of going live! She skillfully navigated negotiations with the sellers agent and got us successfully to closing in a very short window. Highly recommend!

Chris Dew is an amazing realtor!! He is so knowledgeable about homes in Baltimore, keeps it real, and has a great sense of humor. He even connected us to a wonderful contractor to fix an issue with the roof, which he advocated the sellers cover through a credit at closing. I also appreciated that he didn’t disparagingly speak about marginalized communities in the city, which was refreshing. I could go on and on, but to summarize, City Chic sure knows how to hire the raddest people!

Nick Pedrick was a FANTASTIC help for us. He walked us through everything, was a joy to see properties with, and pointed out perks and drawbacks to homes that we would never have noticed without him. We finally decided to make an offer on our house after 10 pm one night and Nick answered our phone call and had the offer submitted the same night. He connected us with professionals from lenders to plumbers that have been exceptional as well. Some of these recommendations were made months after we closed! We could not be happier and would highly recommend Nick to our family and friends.

Nick is amazing. He is literally the house whisperer. While searching for houses he would identify potential issues and steer me clear of poor choices. My broker dropped the ball so many times, but Nick was vigilant and ushered my gently and effective through the whole process. As a first time homeowner, I was nervous. Nick made sure I stayed informed through the transaction. I not only found a great realtor, I found a new friend. I will definitely buy my next house through him. Nick you rock. We had an amazing experience with City Chic. We mostly worked with Nick Pedrick. Nick was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He had lots of great recommendations for lenders, inspectors etc. Everyone he put us in touch with was a pleasure to work with. It was our first time buying a house and without Nick's advice we would have had much more stressful experience. After looking at about 20 different houses, we found our dream home and closed on it in less than 30 days allowing us to secure extra closing incentives. Without Nick I doubt this would have been possible. I couldn't recommend working with him enough!
