First time coming here due to a back injury, and I can’t express this enough: Gleen did a great job with the deep tissue massage, significantly reducing my pain. Overall, the staff — from the receptionist to the massage therapists — was amazing. Very comfortable and relaxing.

Had my first massage today at 40 something years old, and I have to say it was a million times better than I expected it to be. My biggest reservations have been that I'm not a fan of people I don't know putting their hands on me, and that if a massage can't fix something I'm probably going to have to go to a Dr, and that's the last thing I want to do. I've been doing a lot of long distance riding to the other coast and back on larger and heavier bike than I'm used to over the last couple months; and that's caused some serious back pain over the last couple weeks that I haven't been able to get rid of. I've also had some hip pain that has been pretty persistent for years from my other bike. Whatever Hannah did worked better than any self massaging and stretching I've done over the years to cope with pains I've had. And afterwards she showed me the proper stretches that need to be done. I'm now sitting at home, having a beer and a cigarette, completely comfortable and relaxed after weeks of pain and tension. I would go as far as to say this is the most comfortable I've been in a long time. Hannah, Erica, thank you two very much for getting me in the day after Christmas and getting me squared away. I appreciate it.

I’m a fitness competitor and came here to get fixed! Andy got 95% of the issues! He used different modalities to work the toughest tissue! I recommend people to do 90 mins plus ! This was my first time and it was great! Cant believe I didn’t find this place sooner I’m normally a good researcher! Myofascial Cupping Scraping Book your appointment.. well worth the money and your health! You DO NOT need to LIVE in pain ! Note: They are located behind the gas station . The gps will say otherwise.
