I’m a very new small business owner, and I don’t know how I would live without Revolutions! Katie and her team remind me of various things I have to do for my business, taxes and otherwise. And if I’m too busy with my (now successful) business, I can have them do it for me! In the beginning of business ownership I was doing a lot of this myself and was drowning. Now I can stick to what I do best and allow them to do the rest for me. Highly recommend.

What an absolute disorganized and dishonest nightmare of an “operation.” As you can see in many other unhappy reviews the billing is far from straightforward or honest. I have a 3 employee staff, small business and I hired Katie to ensure my payroll was ran (I compile it and send it in for the data entry portion of QB, very simple task) and my sales tax was filed monthly. I was being charged $800-$1200 a month for these very limited and simple services. Upon making an appointment to go over why the pricing was so inordinately high I was met with nothing but condescension and defensiveness, another rampant theme in these other reviews. Upon further review she knocked off $300 from an invoice for a “yearly paper fee” which I never consented to nor does it befit honest business practices to embed hidden made up fees into billing. I became behind on paying some of the invoices to the accounting office but kept in constant communication about when and what timeline I would get back on track with payments. Even though my account was paused and I was receiving no services somehow I still kept accruing invoices. I ultimately paid them all in full and when I asked why my filings weren’t filed to the Texas State Comptroller I was met with more condescension and lies. How is it I paid you to render a service but the service was not rendered? Instead of an apology and moving forward amicably and completing the service that I paid for I get nothing but more mal practice and thievery. They stole my money and they’ll steal yours too. Look elsewhere for an accountant and save yourself time, money, and your self respect.

I was so stressed when I found Revolutions. I needed so much help. Katie and her team were there to take that pressure off me and clean up our books. They are quick to respond and I feel like I am working with a team. Special shout out to Hannah, who is absolutely amazing. She has been so patient with me and is there when I have questions. I appreciate that I can get strait answers from them and they are willing to put the time in to help you figure out what is going on. Our business is running smoother thanks to Revolutions. We appreciate all you do!

I cannot say enough good things about Katie and her team at Revolutions Bookkeepers. From the moment I started working with them they have been professional and communicative. They have a great team with expertise in different areas and have been able to answer questions about a variety of business related tax and bookkeeping items. They are knowledgeable, friendly and FAST. I had lost hope that my bookkeeping or tax team would respond quickly to my needs in the years prior and it was so refreshing to find Katie. I highly recommend their services!
