We can't say enough good things about Rex; the staff are kind, knowledgeable, professional and so much more. In addition to this, the facility itself is very clean and calm which is important for us and our skittish pup. We have tried various other daycares in the area but all of them pale in comparison to Rex and I think our dog agrees as she is so happy when we arrive. I would 100% recommend Rex to other dog owners :)

We have left our dog at Rex for two 10+ day stays and we have had the BEST experience both times. The space is like a cool downtown loft with cozy beds for dogs to pile on. The yard is a great playground with lots of fun activities to entertain them rain or shine. The staff is what really elevates the experience, they are so amazing with the dogs!! When we hand her over she is happy to go with them and when she comes home she is exhausted like a kid coming back from a slumber party with all their friends. They post photos online each day so we could see what she was up to which we loved reviewing each night. She looked like she was having so much fun being part of a big pack. I would highly recommend Rex if you can’t take your dog with you it is worth every penny to know that my dog is safe and being well taken care of while we are away. It made us relax and enjoy our time more too. You guys are so great!! Memphis is absolutely pooped as you can see from the photo. Thanks!! 😊

Amazing Day Care and dog Hotel services! The facilities are really nice and personel are great to deal with. For more than two years I've been leaving my small pup in their care for the day when needed, and long stays of one to two weeks, and he seems to love it. He is always happy to run in to play, and always exausted when comes back, which is always a good sign he had fun. They post photos daily on the flickr so you can check how they are doing and are happy to answer my question over email if I'm away. If in doubt, go check the place out and you will not be dissapointed!

Vader always rushes to the door as soon as he comes out of the car. He wags his tail because he is super happy! He comes home exhausted and happy every time after being at Rex. The staff are wonderful, always smiling, asking questions about Vader & listening when I have any concerns. The facility smells so nice, very clean, spacious, and offers a great mix of indoor and outdoor play. I know Vader is getting both the exercise and socialization it needs. Honestly we love Rex and so glad we found such an amazing place that we both love! Thank u to the amazing staff!

The team at the Rex dog hotel and spa are amazing. We have been boarding our bernedoodle there for a while now and he loves it there. The staff are always friendly and it is evident that they love dogs as our little one gets excited every time we drive into the parking area. He has a great time socializing with trainers and other dogs. They do have a good screening process to ensure new dogs are comfortable with the environment. It gives us comfort and peace of mind when we do board him at the Rex hotel knowing he is safe, he is well taken care of and that he is having a great time.
