Worst customer service I have had in over 20 years. It was honestly laughable how rude the staff were to me. Rita, my sales person (if you can call it that) was more like ‘I don’t want to sell anything to you lady’ gave me eyerolls, acted like I was an inconvenience to her leisure time when I asked for her help. I felt like she hated me when she eyed my up and down. So I decided I would try and win her over and there was no amount of happiness or cheer that would turn her around. Then the red haired ‘not’ gentleman was also rude and entitled. I finally said ‘listen, I’m just trying to buy a product from your store and I would really like to see if we could make that happen. Is there any way your team could try and make this happen for me?’ I could write a shot story of how comedically horrible my experience was. If the managers are reading this. It’s time to overhaul and teach your staff common courtesy and respect.

Quality Furniture at reasonable prices, as long as you're willing to overlook a few blemishes here and there. If you find something you like, and want to take pick it up, make sure you have someone with you to help load it. The staff is hesitant to load anything heavy.

Oct 15th, around 2pm. The light skinned African American guy was not only rude but entirely unpleasant and seemed like he was annoyed that anyone was inside the outlet. I asked for assistance to which he gave a terse response with an annoyed facial expression. If youre unhappy to work and serve your customers, than what are you doing? My partner and i are not planning to come back but resort to ordering sales items online. Management would be wise to put people in place to assist, not ward off potential customers.

If you had told me one year ago that my whole house would be furnished with restoration hardware furniture, I would’ve called you crazy. After discovering this outlet and their amazing deals I was able to fully furnish my home with restoration hardware furniture. Brian’s salesmanship, paired with Trey and Ryan’s leadership, plus the rest of the amazing crew, have made my shopping and buying experience second to none. I would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of high end furniture.

Fabulous selection and options of RH for every room and outdoor living. High quality and in very good shape at major cost savings. Just like at the regular RH you receive excellent customer service. Today I was just looking for those extra touches to make a room from ok to extra special, and RH had just the pieces to take my room to the next level. Also, sometimes the price posted is not the current price, yep it might be even lower.
