The customer service was unmatched. The woman working before noon today (so sorry i didn't get her name) was not only helpful, she also made recommendations to help me save a little more. She was empathetic (all of my money is going to vet bills and I have a wedding to get to outta town) and helped me find deals that fit my style and budget with more compassion than ever needed/expected in retail (I was emotional due to a rough week). Keep her or promote her! She got me to sign up for emails and showed me clearance and sale items to save as well as price matched something I fell in love with in store. I'll come back just because I didn't feel like just a sale/money for a company today.

I had never been in this store and was so disappointed with the poor customer service I received. The cashier Noa had such a nasty attitude and was making little smart comments throughout my transaction and still seemed shocked when I reciprocated the same energy towards her.
