Quality and selection is why we shop Ethan Allen. We were approached by. Sales person to see what help we might need and when we told her we were just looking she gave us her name and told us to take our time looking and if we needed any assistance to let her know, and she left us to look. When we did need help she was kind and knowledgeable in explaining our options…when we couldn’t decide she suggested going to our home to see if she could help us make a decision based on our current decor…it made a difference. It’s not often you get such personal service.

Our family has been a loyal Ethan Allen customer for more than 35 years. When our longtime designer retired, we were understandably nervous about who we would work with next. Then we met Nikki—and any concerns we had immediately disappeared. Nikki is truly a breath of fresh air. She brought a fresh perspective into our home and approached each project as if it were her own. From in-home visits and stunning room renderings with thoughtful product selections, to placing orders and managing every detail through completion, her level of care and professionalism is exceptional. She kept us informed with regular delivery updates and was even onsite during delivery to assist with placement, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Nikki did such an outstanding job that we also furnished my mother’s home. She even offered creative renovation ideas for the kitchen, including opening up the bar area—an idea we’ve since implemented, and the results look fantastic. Because of Nikki’s expertise, dedication, and genuine investment in her clients, we will absolutely remain returning Ethan Allen customers and look forward to working with her again on future projects.

I Worked with Jill Workman for almost a year redesigning my house including multiple rooms, bathrooms, accessories including drapes and art. Loved working with Jill as she was a true partner and collaborator. She took the time to understand me, what I was trying to accomplish and always listened and tried to incorporate my ideas and thoughts. Would recommend Jill and Ethan Allen to anyone. Took time to do each room but it was purposeful and an enjoyable fulfilling experience

We love our dining table and chairs. Charmin was very helpful with our decision and she kept us informed throughout the process. The delivery guys were great. Our experience could not have been better.

My husband and I have worked with Jill Workman for years!! She is such a sweet person and does an amazing job of listening to what we're looking for and making sure she helps of find the perfect pieces for our home. She's super helpful and has such a creative eye in suggesting and finding pieces that make our home look beautiful! She's great about coming to our home with samples and even arranged our pieces in a way that looked better than the way we had them!! She checks in with us to see if there's anything she can help us with as well as letting us know about special promotions and giving us updates on when our pieces will be arriving. We truly enjoy working with Jill at the Chandler location!!
