Most everything is almost brand new and may be discontinued or overstock items . 40-90% off of regular retail . Got to be patient and keep visiting monthly specially on delivery days . Have found many great deals on great quality items. Service is amazing and friendly , good product knowledge. Specially store manager Kathy .

Large selection of restoration hardware furniture at a pretty big discount. A lot of the stuff had major scratches or dirtiness on them but many of them looked able to have a cleaning. Most of the items were fairly priced.

RH Outlet is a fun place to find accessories for your home. They have two levels to explore. 1st floor has dining room, living room and outdoor furniture, while the 2nd upper floor had items for your bedroom and bathroom. This last time inventor was low, but I have been there when inventor is high. Deals change all the time and all sales are final. This is stated on the tags and with the sales associate at the counter. They did offer a delivery service which is priced by flat rate plus distance.

The customer service is absolutely horrific. I was being helped by David and he is totally high browed and arrogant as if we couldn’t afford anything in there. He constantly was walking away from us when he had been helping us for less than 5 mins. We hadn’t even asked more for than a few questions. The manager/team lead Amy is even worse, instead of calling out his behavior, she endorses his behavior. I been shopping with various locations for decades and have never been treated with such demeaning attitude. Will never return.
