the custom watch band i had made for my boyfriend was out of this world. it literally couldn’t have been any better. i and he are obsessed with it! he said it was the best gift he’s ever gotten. perfectly made. they made my vision come to life! not to mention the staff are extremely nice and knowledgeable. the wait was SO worth it. we both couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. I have met one of the craftsman’s months ago , a first time visit just to browse at the jewelry and all the stones. He took a pause on his work to answer my question and just chitchat, the whole visit was 10 / 10! I got to learn a few things too thanks to his enthusiasm and passion for what he ( I’m bad remembering names ) does. 2 ish weeks ago I left a bracelet that needed another safety latch and today I picked it up . My bracelet had anew latch that flowed perfectly with the bracelet style…. and finally just go through and read all these other reviews for they are all accurate. I’ll definitely go back . I was greeted in the most welcoming way. I had brought in a precious ring of mine that had been handed down for generations and hadn't taken it off my finger for 45 yrs but had to have it cut of my finger. I explained to them how special it was to me as they admired the design and the story behind it. With a careful laser technique they were able to fix it to perfection.
