Awful !!! The car wash barely works. More than half of the vacuums are broke and their membership is a JOKE! If there are two lanes why isn’t one for members? Instead im forced to sit behind someone signing up or paying a single wash. They’re unprofessional to say the least !! ESPECIALLY THE EARHART LOCATION! As of this message, I am canceling my membership and refuse to renew. I’d rather pay another membership elsewhere or hand wash my own Jeep for the awful experiences I’ve had at Rick’s. It isn’t worth the money nor headache.

Overall it's very good, but their not responsible for 99% of anything that can happen is a bit off putting. The crew is mostly polite and there are thin nozzled vacuums on both sides of the stalls. The monthly cost is a little more than the other place. But you get free air fresheners with each wash

I drive past pelican point from Metairie to get here. This place is definitely a little bit better.
