Huge shout-out to Benjamin. He’s one of the very few people in my life who actually asked me how my name is pronounced — that meant a lot and shows professionalism . The repair work in the car was excellent, and my Volvo came back looking like new. Professional, respectful, communicative and top-quality service. Highly recommend.
Ben made this entire process easier than I expected. He handled the estimate, talked directly with my insurance company, and made sure the parts used were high quality. He checked in with me regularly and let me know exactly what was happening. When I picked up my car, I was very pleased with how good it looked. This place is truly the best! I’ve had to bring in 2 cars to them and both times the experience was exceptional! They always keep you up to date on what’s going on and are very helpful with any questions you might have. They advocate for you with the insurance companies and are just a great company. Their work? Wow my car looks brand new. I can’t say enough good things about both of my experiences there. Caleb, Ben and Eric are the best at what they do! Don’t waste your time going anywhere else. I recently brought my car into Rickenbaugh Collision Repair for a minor paint fix, and was absolutely blown away by the level of service I received — especially from Caleb, who went above and beyond from start to finish. Caleb outlined all of my options so I could make the best decision for my car and within budget. The repair itself took very little time and was absolutely flawless — you would never know that a repair was once needed. I've had issues with car repair shops in the past, so it was so refreshing to deal with a place that not only delivers high-quality work but also truly cares about the people they serve. As a true car enthusiast and someone who’s EXTREMELY particular about my vehicles, I have high standards when it comes to any work done to my car. Rickenbaugh Collision Center has not only met those expectations, but exceeded them in every way. From the moment I brought my BMW in, the team treated my car as if it were their own. Their workmanship is outstanding—my M50i was repaired to absolute OEM level perfection, with attention to detail that even surpassed factory specs. The shop is clearly well-run, but what truly sets Rickenbaugh apart is their communication and CUSTOMER focus, which were both truly exceptional throughout the entire process. Matthew, my main point of contact, deserves special mention. He was consistently proactive and transparent, keeping me updated at every step, regardless of how complicated the process got—especially with all the insurance hurdles. Even when things got complex, I always felt informed and confident that my car was in the right hands. Caleb, the general manager, personally got involved to ensure everything stayed on track and every detail was handled flawlessly (especially when insurance was becoming difficult). When I wanted extra work outside of the collision repair and custom body pieces installed done while the car was already in the shop, Matthew made it happen seamlessly—no hassle, no delays, just solutions. Unfortunately, I recently had another accident. Despite the situation, there was no question in my mind where the car should go—it's already back with Matthew, Caleb, and the stellar Rickenbaugh team for their expert care again. As frustrating as it is to have to go through all this again, I have some solace knowing exactly how my car will be repaired - to perfection!
