We lost power on Saturday night and Ian, the service tech was wonderful when he came out. Our installers today, Tyler and Jacob were wonderful too! Clean, polite and informative about their work. I had a wonderful experience with Rick's and would recommend to anyone.

My furnace died on Saturday the house was below 0. I gave Rick's a call and the had a tech out in 3 hours. Ted Cole the technician from affordable heating & cooling did a great job replacing my mother board. Heat back on asap. Thank you very much. I appreciate your company. So far so good! Our furnace broke of course at the very coldest days. Ian from Ricks affordable HVAC came out promptly. Once the news broke that we pretty much needed a new furnace, they had us scheduled the next morning for immediate installation. They arrived on time and had the whole job done and heating in 4 hours after one very cold night. We can’t thank them enough for being quick and affordable. We will use them for our ongoing services. Thanks again!

Ted, Tyler, and Jesse did a phenomenal job! Ted diagnosed that our furnace motor was dead and got us scheduled for asap installation of a new furnace. He also checked in the following day making sure we were staying warm enough. Tyler and Jesse promptly showed up on time and got to business. Installation went smooth and professionally. They even cleaned up the floor and surrounding areas after they were finished. Would highly recommend doing business with Rick’s Affordable Heating & Cooling.

Best HVAC experience I’ve ever had. The company was quick at responding and quick at sending a tech out. I got Ted Cole who is the only tech I would want back. He was very kind, professional, explained things to me helped ensure I don’t have the same problems in the future and honestly went above and beyond what his job description probably is. Pricing was more than competitive. I would recommend them (and Ted specifically) to anyone in the area 🙏 next time the business I am in charge of has hvac issues I will be calling to see if they do commercial spaces as well 🤞thank you so much Ted I appreciate you more than you can know Edit: Crew came back out to install a new furnace for me as more issues arrived after control board was installed. The company treated me very fairly giving me a discount for the control board included a good thermostat and capped my chimney for me. My techs were Dylan, Ruben, Jacob, and Ryland (I hope I have that right) they were extremely polite professional and clean. They apologized profusely for removing a shelf (had to come down for the work I asked for) left the area cleaner than when they arrived tested the furnace showed me how to use the thermostat and were done in around 3 hours. Again best hvac experience I’ve had this really is the best hvac company in the area. Thank you all so much 🙏
