Austin was my technician! He was very professional and knowledgeable. He made sure to do a thorough job, spraying every corner, treating the yard and taking care of a few ant hills. Before he left, he made sure to let me know to wait an hour or so before letting my dogs outside. Always outstanding service. I love how well this company communicates and always on time. Kenyatta did an awesome job on our recent visit from Ridd. He was extremely friendly and helpful and answered several of the questions we had. All of the techs have been very nice and professional and Kenyatta was definitely no exception in the great service we're used to from Ridd
I moved into a rental not knowing that there was a BAD roach infestation, by 2 weeks we started to see them grow rapidly it was terrible. I had ridd come out and set up I Believe the yearly plan and by the second month, we were seeing basically no bugs and by the 3rd they are completely gone. The technicians and the online support staff have been outstanding, super responsive and very helpful. They have not failed to come out to one appointment or update me when I had any questions. I’d definitely recommend!!!!
I got home from work and found the technician had left both my fence gates open to my backyard. This CAN NOT happen again. I'm so thankful I saw this before letting my dog out!
Ridd Pest Control failed to provide the services I contracted them for. A key part of the agreement was the removal of all spider webs from our home during each visit. Despite reminding them every time, this task was consistently neglected. This specific service was a major selling point presented by their representative at the time of signup. Although they eventually offered a discounted rate, my concern was never about the money — it was about the lack of follow-through on their promised services. Additionally, their technicians routinely arrived hours late for scheduled appointments. Now, they are charging me a cancellation fee, despite not fulfilling the terms of our agreement. This fee is unjustified, as they did not deliver the services I paid for.
