My bunny got spayed here and everyone here was so helpful! We started off with a check up appointment to make sure she was in good health and she loved the vet techs who handled her. When we went in for a spay a couple weeks later they walked us through the pricing/estimate and explained it very thoroughly. The pricing was very fair considering there aren’t many options for female bunny spaying in the area. After the spay I feel very confident that they will be there to assist if anything goes wrong and assured me that they would be able to answer any of my questions/see my bunny if need be. Loved the process and the amount of care that everyone took of my bunny!

Everyone in the office that we had contact with was so pleasant and helpful. The Dr and tech Alyssa were both so caring and gentle with Tucker. I immediately told my husband about them.My baby Tucker also seemed comfortable around them.

🦊 is not ONLY my 5th 🐕‍🦺 in my life, but my BFF, and Security. I 💯 Recommend making here, Your "Go To", for Your Furkids. They're Compassionate, UNDERSTAND, Our Furkids are part of Family. They Made sure 🦊🐕‍🦺 felt SAFE, CALM & were Gentle giving her, her Physical, and Vaccines. They EVEN have a side Door, we went out. We didn't need to go by the other patients, waiting in WAITING Area. I love, They take payment in Exam Room, once Finished. Sress Free. No trying to dig out of Bag to pay, up front. This was a Deal Closer for me, as I'm EXTREMELY PROTECTIVE of 🦊 being around others. I can FINALLY RELAX, KNOWING, I've got 🦊 the BEST MEDICAL Team now.

Please do both you and your pets a favor and pick a place that actually cares for the patients! Don’t be left confused and wondering if you had picked a better place if your pet would still be alive. This place is absolutely awful. I have no idea how they have good reviews because their care is completely heartless. My friend Lilly took her budgie Mari here terrified because he was tail bobbing, struggling to breathe, and just sitting at the bottom of his cage. Very clear signs something was seriously wrong with him. We waited longer than they even checked him. Waited so long only for some man to finally come in, mumble his name below his breath, and then manhandle Mari. He ran a parasite test and barely even examined him before dismissively saying Mari was just underweight. They prescribed and sold her a dietary supplement, but she felt something else was wrong. $280 only for them to dismiss her fears and send them on their way. Mari died three days later. They didn’t seem to care when they checked him and now?..Well they still don’t! Lilly has been trying to text them only for them to barely respond. Maybe it was just a bird to them, but his life mattered to her. We all love our animals, please pick a place that will too.

Came in with my ball python, suspected he had had an RI (Respiratory Infection). They were able to quickly and comfortably diagnose him, he did indeed unfortunately have it. They prescribed us some antibiotics/showed us how to administer (super helpful) and provided further education on how I can improve his enclosure and improve my overall keeping capabilities. They even provided me a guideline via email on care for the future. They were very informative and thorough and I really appreciated it, they also never once made me feel like a terrible BP mom (I was already and still am full of so much guilt). So thank you to the staff at Ridglea West for taking care of Samuel L. Jackson (lol) and myself. We will be back for check ups! Totally recommend their location.
