Been coming here for a year and a half and I can’t say enough good things about Ruff! What really sets them apart from other doggy daycares is how well the staff know every dog individually and how knowledgeable they are about dog behavior in general. They take the time to learn each dog’s personality, play style, and little quirks, which makes such a difference in the dog’s experience and the owner’s peace of mind. It never feels like a place where dogs are just dropped off and watched for the day - Maddie and her staff truly know and love every single dog they care for. My dog is always so excited to get to daycare and comes home happy and completely worn out after a full day of playing with his friends and snuggling with Ruff staff. It’s clear the environment is safe, intentional, and run by people who genuinely love dogs. I would absolutely recommend Ruff to anyone looking for a daycare and/or boarding facility where the staff treat your dog like one of their own. 💕

Best dog daycare/boarding facility in DFW! They are very accommodating and love their clientele. The staff treat the dogs like their own, and are very hands on to make sure all dogs are safe. They recently expanded their facility, and plan to upgrade the older building. They also provide dog bathing, super convenient for when picking up pups from daycare (or after a long boarding stay).

This is a wonderful place to bring your family pets. The staff and owner are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about caring for animals. They provide excellent service and create a welcoming environment for both pets and their owners. I would definitely rate this pet resort five stars.

We love Ruff Resport and Spa! Zoey is always happy coming to Ruff for daycare and getting her baths! She doesn’t like getting her nails cut but since coming for daycare she has built trust with them and lets them cut her nails!

Beautiful new facility. We love having our shop dog cleaned periodically and leave him to socialize at daycare occasionally! Friendly and knowledgeable staff
