Laura and family own the business and they are just the sweetest humans! They are also very considerate in how they run the business as well! Everything was clean! And their prices are very reasonable! We will definitely be using them again!

I had a great experience with Rio Rancho Party Rentals! They were right on time, very efficient with the delivery/pickup, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Their customer service was excellent—friendly, professional, and very helpful with any questions I had. Everything was delivered exactly as promised and made our event stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone planning a party or special event. Five stars all the way!

I used Rio Rancho Party Rentals for my wife’s 30th birthday party. I rented tables, chairs and a hot dog warmer. The ordering process was otherwise smooth, I found navigating the website to be a bit confusing. I called the office to try and place an order over the phone but was directed back to the website for reservations. When I called the main number, the woman I spoke too was very kind and extremely helpful. I wasn’t sure which hot dog warmer was right for my party and she helped talked me through my options! I called back another few times with questions and she was always willing to help and answer any other questions that came up. Pick up and drop off were simply - they helped me load up and take off my vehicle when I arrived. Would absolutely use them in the future and highly recommend.
