Working with Macon on my rehearsal-dinner dress and wedding gown was an absolute joy. His care, talent, and attention to detail made me feel completely confident and beautifully fitted for the big day. My weight has been fluctuating and he was thoughtful and careful with details and precise on timing! I’ll be returning to Rip N Stitch for every future alteration!

Super pleased with the work from this shop! I brought in two pullovers and a pair of track pants for minor alterations / hemming - the owner was friendly, knowledgeable, and super efficient. Took a little over a week to get the garments back, but that seems reasonable to me given how hectic the holiday season must be for the business. Pricing also seemed fair for the job done (though I’m no expert in this industry, in fairness). Will be coming back here for any future alteration needs, for sure.

Needed a week turnaround before the 4th of July and was assured that wouldn't be a problem and am pleased everything was ready just as promised. I needed buttons re-sewn, pants altered and stitch work done. Nothing complicated but it's the difference between being able to wear something or not. Price seemed fair. Good location on Montgomery Road without having to deal with mall traffic. Macon, who said he has owned this shop for ten years, is knowledgeable and friendly and has tastfully designed the interior. If you need tailoring done you may want to give this place a try. For myself, I will be going back.

Macon altered my wedding dress and bridal topper and I could not have had a better experience! He diligently worked to make sure everything laid perfectly for me on my big day. I will definitely be using Rip N Stitch for any alterations I need moving forward. 15/10- would recommend! THANKS Macon!!

FANTASTIC service! This is my new Tailor for sure! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As you can see in my review for the other Rip N Stitch in KY, I didn't have a great experience. At this location in OH (two unrelated and completely different owners), my experience was quite the opposite. The young man who is the owner here is absolutely exceptional! I brought him my dress and told him what needed to be done. I tried it on for him and he took his time, made sure it was exactly what I wanted and thorough & let me know what he could do for me. Not only did he take in the dress for me, but he also added a hook for the top which seriously helped the dress stay on so well. On top of that the price was extremely fair. He answered all of my questions and had such a quick turnaround time. I absolutely will be returning here for any of my items that need alterations in the future!
