I've been a member for four years. 1/17/2022 I was 181.1 lbs and 41.6% body fat! Now 1/16/2026 I am 159.4 lbs and 28.8% body fat! I have gained 5lbs of muscle! I have a history of a cervical spine fracture and was on pain meds and muscle relaxers for years. Now I am drug free! Strengthening my muscles has made me feel so good! I love all the members at Rise they are a great group of people from all walks of life and I can't say enough about the trainers! Their knowledge and support keep me going!
